1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you register for and use Grace, we collect minimal information:
- Display Name: A name you choose (can be a nickname, real name not required)
- Preferences: Spiritual interests and personalization settings
- Optional Profile Information: Information you choose to provide
Important: We do NOT require email, phone number, physical address, legal name, or date of birth.
1.2 Information Automatically Collected
Device Information: Device type, OS version, unique identifiers, network information
Data Storage: Bible reading history stored locally on your device; chat conversations, devotional entries, and achievement data stored on our secure servers and synced across your devices
Note: Chat conversations with Grace are securely stored on our servers to enable sync across devices and backup functionality.
1.3 Payment Information
We do NOT collect or store payment card information. All subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We only receive confirmation of subscription status.

OpenAI (AI Processing)
Chat messages sent to OpenAI API for Grace responses. Not stored or used for training.

5. Your Privacy Rights
Important: User ID Required
Grace does not collect email addresses or phone numbers. Your account is identified by a randomly generated User ID (found in the Profile screen of the app).
If you contact us via email regarding your data, you MUST provide your User ID. Without it, we have no way to identify your account.
Right to Access
Request a copy of your personal information

Right to Delete
Delete your account and all associated data
Available in app: Profile → Delete Account (recommended) or email us with your User ID
Important: Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store, not by RC Faith Tech.
To cancel your subscription, you must:
- • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Grace → Cancel Subscription
- • Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Grace → Cancel
We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. If you delete your account while subscribed, you will continue to be charged until you cancel through Apple or Google.
To exercise your data rights via email, contact us at support@rc-faith.com with "Privacy Rights Request" in the subject line and include your User ID. We will respond within 30 days.
Note: Subscription management (billing, cancellation, refunds) is handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android), not by RC Faith Tech. For subscription-related requests, please use the methods described in our Terms of Service.
6. Subscription & Account Information
When you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or payment details.
Subscription Status
We receive notification of your subscription status (active, expired, cancelled) from Apple/Google to provide you with appropriate access to premium features.
Account Linking
Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account and can be restored on any device where you sign in with the same account.
Single Account Access
Due to subscription management policies, only one Grace account can have active premium access per Apple ID/Google account at any given time.
If you restore your subscription on a different Grace account, access may be transferred from the previous account. This ensures that subscription benefits are not shared across multiple accounts simultaneously.

For subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly through your account settings. See our Terms of Service for detailed instructions.
7. Children's Privacy
Grace is rated 13+ due to infrequent biblical content containing horror/fear themes, mature or suggestive themes, and realistic violence as depicted in scripture. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

Parents: If you believe your child has provided information without consent, contact us at support@rc-faith.com and we will promptly delete it.
8. International Data Transfers
RC Faith Tech operates from Malaysia. If accessing from outside Malaysia, your information may be transferred and processed in Malaysia or countries where our service providers operate. By using Grace, you consent to these transfers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification or email at least 30 days before taking effect.
Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
