1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Grace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Age Requirements
Grace is rated 13+ due to infrequent biblical content containing horror/fear themes, mature or suggestive themes, and realistic violence as depicted in scripture.

1B. End User License Agreement (EULA)
iOS Users (Apple App Store)
Your use of Grace on iOS is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at:

3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may create an account. You agree to:
Provide minimal but accurate information during registration
Choose a respectful and appropriate display name
Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal
- • Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
- • For subscriptions with free trials, payment will be charged automatically after the trial period ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires
- • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
4.3 Account & Device Limitations
IMPORTANT: Subscription Access Policy
Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account and subject to the following limitations:
- • One Active Account: Your subscription entitles you to have only ONE active Grace account at any given time
- • Device Transfers: If you restore your subscription on a different device using the same Apple ID/Google account, your premium access will transfer to the new device
- • Account Switching: If multiple users share the same device and different Grace accounts, only the most recent account that restored the subscription will have premium access
- • Purchase Transfer: When you restore purchases on a new account (on the same device or different device), the subscription may be transferred from the previous account to the current account. This ensures only one user has access at a time.
This behavior is managed by our subscription service provider to prevent subscription sharing and ensure compliance with app store policies.
4.4 Cancellation & Refunds
How to Cancel Your Subscription:
- iOS (Apple): Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Grace → Cancel Subscription
- Android (Google Play): Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Grace → Cancel
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted directly through:

RC Faith Tech does not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds directly. All billing is handled by Apple or Google.
4.5 Price Changes
We may adjust subscription prices from time to time. If we increase the price of your subscription, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and the new price will not apply until your next renewal after the notice period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- • Use Grace to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
- • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access Grace
- • Resell or redistribute the Services
- • Manipulate Grace AI to bypass content guidelines
Violation may result in warning, suspension, permanent termination, or legal action.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality in Grace are owned by RC Faith Tech or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
We Own:
- • App design, graphics, logos
- • Grace AI character and personality
- • Software code and algorithms
- • User interface and experience
You Retain:
- • Your chat messages
- • Your journal entries
- • Your personal notes

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
No Warranty
Grace is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
You use Grace at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
RC Faith Tech's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim (or $100 USD if no payments made).

You may stop using Grace at any time and delete your account through app settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or as required by law.
